He was born in Cordoba, Veracruz, Mexico. Many thought he would not finish his studies at the university because of his trouble-maker spirit but he managed to do graduate with remarkable grades. Ram studied in Mexico (UNAM, ITV & UV), Argentina (UTN) and Austria (Danube Universität Krems).
He has worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) running the Knowledge Management Project in the Nuclear Safety and Security Department, as well has worked for United Nations Office at Vienna (part of UNDC) in the Procurement Section (both branches of the United Nations in Vienna, Austria). He was also Project Manager at the Austrian Economics Center taking over IT and International projects.
Among his bast professional experience, Ram also worked for Totvs Latino America in Argentina as Consultant on Manufacturing and Engineering. He have been exponent in several youth summits in Argentina, Austria and Mexico and has collaborated for both, National and International newspapers. During the first year at the university, his best friends (at that time) and Ram himself founded REMS (Results, Effort, Motivation and Satisfaction) which was the very first student open group of Continues Improvement in the entire state of Veracruz, Mexico.
By 2007, he was elected chairman of Toastmasters International Fundadores II Club (the largest speech organization in the world) for students in Mexico. By 2010, during his Master studies of Business Administration at the Donau Universität Krems in Austria, Ramiro founded Latinomics, Latin Business People, Ram Vagabundo -my traveling photo-blog, and SoLatino.at -the first and only Latin American index in Austria.
